You can use the Forgot your password? button on the login screen, enter the email with which you registered and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

You can change all your profile data (except the email to which your profile is associated) by going to the Profile section at the bottom right and selecting the Profile details menu item.

The Thanks app allows you to create and plan intelligent travel itineraries to discover unique and special places and be rewarded for following the steps and making purchases in the city.

Don’t worry, it’s simple!

  1. Explore the places in the city you want to visit, save your favourites and plan your trip
  2. Upload the receipts for your purchases and follow the itineraries to receive THANKS tokens
  3. Collect THANKS tokens to get awesome content, audio and rewards

You can create a new trip directly from the home page (Travel section):

  1. Press on Plan your first trip, if it is the first trip you have created, or the “+” button, if you have already created others
  2. Plan your trip by entering your preferences and selecting the places you absolutely want to see (you can add your favourites directly!) and the day you want to visit them (in case you have selected multiple days)
  3. Generate your trip and view the stages of each itinerary. You will find the stages you added and others suggested, so as to improve and make your experience complete!
  4. If you don’t like some of the suggested stages, you can block the ones you are interested in with the padlock at the bottom right, and replace the others using the Regenerate button
  5. Once you have achieved your dream trip, personalise it by entering a name and image, save it and start travelling!

Once you have created and saved your trip, it will always be visible in the Travel section. Press the Start button on the trip you are interested in to start your itinerary in the city. In the event that the trip created has a duration of several days and the start day does not correspond to the day for which it is planned, you will be asked to select which itinerary (corresponding to the day) you want to start.

Simple! There are two ways to get THANKS:

  1. Make purchases: make a purchase at a business in the city and upload the receipt to receive THANKS in relation to the amount spent
  2. Follow the itinerary: follow the itinerary to automatically receive a THANKS reward at each stop

Once you have completed your purchase, to receive the THANKS you must upload the photo of the receipt. Using the central “+” button on the menu, select Take receipt photo to take the photo in the app or Choose receipt photo to select the photo of the receipt from your smartphone library. Once you have uploaded the photo by pressing Upload image, you will receive a notice with your THANKS as a reward for your purchase and your balance will be updated.

How do I get THANKS after reaching a stage?2024-05-21T14:46:03+02:00

Once you reach a stage on the itinerary, you will automatically receive a notification with your THANKS and your balance will be updated.

If you do not receive any notification and you are not sure if you have obtained your THANKS, you can check it at any time on Profile in the Your history section.

The content you have unlocked are always available on the Unlocked Content page within the Profile section. If you want, you can also view unlocked content for a specific place on a place details page in the Discover section.

Of course, it is possible to consult all your transactions on the Your history page within the Profile section.
